Established in 1991, it started to supply
electro-hardware products and then to the railroad market segment since 1998
manufacturing railway fastening materials such as sleeper screws (tirefonds),
track spikes, fishplate screws and concrete sleepers screws.
Monthly production capacity:
o 1 million sleeper screws (tirefonds)
o 400 thousand track spikes
o 150 thousand fishplate screws
o 150 thousand concrete sleeper screws (RN and ML)
Manufacturing Facility: In a total area
of 19000 m², Condutec Indústria de Materiais Ferroviários Ltda has a
plant with 3500m² manufacturing constructed area, where all technical
divisions are grouped together: foundry, maintenance and forwarding, as
a guarantee for total interaction of the productive processes and
forwarding of the finished products.
Logistic: Proper and modern fleet with
capacity to distribute all production in any place of the country,
giving the customers the necessary tranquility to keep up its permanent
ways maintenance and construction time frame.
Quality Assurance:
In all stages of the manufacturing process, we strictly follow a
quality assurance program through qualified and trained staff to
guarantee that our products meet the customer specified standards.
Machinery: We follow a severe machinery maintenance program and
we search for new technologies that ensure better performance and
increase quality and productivity. A proof of this policy is the recent
acquisition of a new sleeper screw machine with state-of-the-art
European technology.
Furthermore, we have a qualified staff for the development of any type
of sleeper screws (tirefonds), track spikes, fishplate screws and
concrete sleepers screws.
Sales: Our commercial department is prepared for a fast reply to
the requests for technical information and of price offers, thus
speeding up the negotiations.
